You know that feeling you get when you are around someone where you can totally be yourself? THAT’S how I felt with Tyler & Kalissa! These two are incredibly funny & real. They have been in each others live since they were small children but didn’t connect until they were older in high school. They have received every sacrament in the Catholic faith together except for baptism, but I think they still both were baptized at the same church. How coincidental is that?
I haven’t known Tyler or Kalissa for very long but it seems as though everyone that we know in our lives are somehow intermingled in some way. I love it when that happens. All throughout the day people kept coming up to me & telling me how they knew me through so & so & how they knew the Tyler & Kalissa. During family formals, Tyler had requested a photo with his Godparents. As they stepped up in front of the camera, it turned out thet him & myself shared the same set of Godparents! It really is a small world.
All day long everyone had nothing but well wishes for Tyler & Kalissa. Many were on the verge of happy tears in an outpour of support & love for their new marriage. Tyler & Kalissa, thank you so much for being YOU & allowing me into this very important time of your lives! Congratulations on achieving yet another sacrament together! And one last congrats on Tyler accomplishing teacher of the year! Ya’ll two are on to do great things together. Enjoy reliving your wedding day through this blog post! XOXO
Dress reveal time! NO ONE had seen Kalissa’s dress except her mother, mother in law & me! All of her friends were shocked. Kalissa says everyone knows her as a t-shirt & flip flop kinda girl.
