Victor & Kadie’s big day didn’t turn out exactly as they had expected but it was all they could of hoped for. During our engagement session, the couple explained that Victor was taking the time to clear out some land under the perfect tree for an outdoor ceremony. Because of the high chances of rain, a few days before the wedding they made the decision to move their ceremony indoors at the Hause venue & not take the risk. Despite all the last minute changes, this wedding couldn’t of gone any smoother. There was some rain here & there but sun came out for us at the end of the day!

Victor & Kadie had a Friday ceremony that was short & cute. They each took the time to write their own vows to say to one another. They were perfect for each other & incredibly sweet. I checked in on Kadie before she was about to come down the isle & she had a giant but nervous grin on her face. She was ready to see her hubby! I am so thankful I get to be the one to document the day in a way that reflects the love Kadie & Victor share. I never would of thought almost two years ago that when I met Kadie as a bridesmaid in a wedding I was shooting, that I would be here now shooting her wedding. I am truly honored!

Victor & Kadie, I’ve had the best time getting to know you throughout this entire wedding process. Thank you for allowing Derrick & I to walk beside you on your journey to husband & wife! I loved photographing this beautiful day. Enjoy your blog post! XOXO
