Folmar Wedding

It was a hot Texas day but that was to be expected.  To be honest, the heat never really bothered me much.  I was born in June so I always liked the summer.  I also appreciate that I never really have to worry about rain & that I also get to work with a late sunset.  Give me all the light, all day, I don’t care!

I was soooo excited when I arrived to the church on Saturday.  St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Bloomington is literally COVERED with big, beautiful crepe myrtle trees!  There is a sign on the church that says it was established in 1960.  That means these trees have more than likely been growing there for almost 60 years!

I’ve enjoyed getting to know Katie & Ricky throughout this entire wedding process. From one couple to the next I hold each & every one dear to my heart.  I learned that Katie is detailed, organized & is a girl who gets what she wants! (Ricky!) The pair have been in each others lives since high school & their eyes have never been far from the other.  Ricky is a perfect gentlemen with a sweet spirit.  He also LOVES being in front of the camera!  You’ll see what I mean below…

Thank you for allowing me to walk along beside you in one of the most memorable days of your life.  I hope you are soaking up the sun at the beautiful beaches in Punta Cana!  XOXO

My model groom AKA Ricky!
